Death

Is this death
I don't know
All I know is that I have no feeling
I can't laugh
I can't cry
even-though I'm bored I can't sigh
if death is lack of feeling I am dead
although I'm dead everyone considers me alive
then a zombie I am
until the day I truly die
I hope once I feel
that my life is real

Maybe one day you would feel what I am going through

Shania Twain an Ojibwa name meaning "I'm on my way" -- an appropriately beautiful moniker for an extraordinary talent who is definitely on her way. In fact Shania has been on a musical path practically since she could walk. She was born on August 28th 1965 in Windsor Ontario, but grew up in the mid-sized town of Timings, where she was raised by her mother and stepfather, both were singers. Her first album was almost completely ignored when released in 1993. Between the first and second albums, Twain met and married producer Robert John "Mutt" Lange, a rock producer. Backed with Lange's budget and commercial instincts, Twain recorded “The Woman In Me”, on which she and Lange wrote everything.
